Born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula, Alex is a fifth-generation resident whose family settled on the Big Sur coast in the 1880s. After receiving a degree in Real Estate and Land Use Affairs, Alex immediately obtained his broker's license, the highest form of real estate licensing given by the state of California.
During his career he has completed a multitude of transactions, varying in complexity throughout Northern California. Completed transactions have included the representation of clients in both the purchase and sale of luxury residential, land, commercial, and multi-family properties. Alex has spoken as a guest lecturer and has contributed to articles published in Builder Magazine. Currently, he serves as a member of the Monterey County Association of REALTORS® (MCAR) Education Committee and is a past member of the City of Carmel-by-the-Sea’s Historic Resources Board. A consistent top producer, Alex has been awarded numerous designations and awards throughout his career.
