Alexander J. Heisinger

Born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula, Alex is a fifth generation resident whose family settled on the Big Sur coast in the 1880’s. After receiving a degree in Real Estate & Land Use Affairs, Alex immediately obtained his brokers license, the highest form of real estate licensing given by the state of California. During his career he has completed a multitude of transactions, varying in complexity throughout Northern California. Completed transactions have included the representation of clients in both the purchase and sale of luxury residential, land, commercial & multi-family properties. Alex has spoken as a guest lecturer and has contributed to articles published in Builder Magazine. Currently, he serves as a member of the Monterey County Association of Realtors (MCAR) Education Committee and is a past member of the City of Carmel-by-the-Sea’s Historic Resources Board. A consistent top producer, Alex has been awarded the designation of Coldwell Banker’s International Sterling Society & International President’s Circle. An award given to only the top 5% of the company’s sales associates worldwide.
