Last fall the National Association of Realtors adopted MLS Statement 8.0. Otherwise know as the Clear Cooperation policy. Which has since been adopted by the California Association of Realtor’s and all major Multiple Listing Services including our own, MLS Listings Inc. More about this can be found here
In cooperation with this new “cooperation policy” we’ve created the below interest list. This allows us to continue sharing upcoming and discretely available listings with our clients, interested parties and other real estate professionals.
